Lately I have been going to bed a little earlier than normal and without alcohol in my system I sleep better and wake up feeling wonderful..…except for last night into this morning.

Cracks me up every time! 😂 Night sweats due to peri menopause are what’s waking me up a lot some nights. Ah well, at least it’s just something annoying and not serious!

So damn funny! I’ve been sleeping so bad this week for some reason and it takes me a bit to wake up….🤣🤣🤣 However, with no alcohol consumed the night before I still have a great sense of humor about it! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Bloody peri menopause… though HRT has helped me loads. I found magnesium supplements also helped a little! I look like that whether I sleep or not! 😁😁😘
