Well I made it though my first week in attempt to work out daily.
The first day I got home from work and Ellen was on TV and I love her show. To watch her show or do some sort of cardio? This is the only hour to do it. I compromised and did jumping jacks continuously though the commercials! Who knew jumping jacks for 2 minutes was so hard? 😂
Another day I had an extra work so worked 11 hours, so said that’s a swap since I’m cleaning all day at work.
In between days I kind of fast jogged 1 mile. ( Fast jogging is my new thing that I totally made up. 🤣 )
Friday after work I had lots of errands so just said fuck it. Then watched an episode of Ozark on Netflix. ( addicted to that program! ) Wait….did I just say program? 😂🤣
Now it’s Saturday and I work half a day and don’t know what the weekend will bring but I’m just rolling with it! I am quite happy and feel good about even starting to incorporate a workout in my busy schedule.
